Unfortunately, we do need the item(s) sent back to us regardless of the condition to honor the Country Rough Guarantee.

"Can I just get a refund?"
Country Family Apparel will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Country Family Apparel discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) if the merchandise is returned within 45 days of receipt.

Custom items are eligible for the Country Rough Guarantee for direct exchange only as we always have the custom designs on file. No refunds will be provided if the order is delivered and approved as described in the custom order agreement.
